Lab for Environmental Monitoring (LEM) in the School of Environment, Tsinghua University, is recruiting PhD and Master’s Students with full scholarships to support their tuition, lodging and boarding expenses. The group is currently accepting applications for intake 2018. LEM at Tsinghua handles research related to development of novel environmental monitoring technology of environmental safety and human health. Research proposals in the above mentioned domains are welcomed.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (BS / BE / BSc) with 16-years of education in Microbiology, Molecular biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics, Optics, Environmental Engineering, Material Science and other relevant disciplines from a recognized University;
• Master’s degree (MS / ME / MEM / MPhil) with 18-years of education in Microbiology, Molecular biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics, Optics, Environmental Engineering, Material Science and other relevant disciplines from a recognized University;
• A high motivation for research and fluent English communication skills (oral and written) are required;
• Candidates with SCI publications will be highly preferred
